Brief
Nedbank’s website was undergoing a re-design to make the website more user-friendly and accessible for users. User research had told us that clients often don’t understand all the terms used to explain loans or are not 100% clear on how they work or what they’ll be charged.
Our solution to this was to create very clear loan calculators that explain how the relevant loan works, what each term means and exactly what they’ll be paying when they take out the loan.
